About Us
Since 1980, The Part Works has been a family-owned and operated wholesale plumbing specialties distributor. We've built our legacy on a foundation of trust, integrity, and unwavering dedication to our craft. When you join The Part Works family, you become part of a tradition of excellence.
Rick and Sandy Johnson started The Part Works in their garage founded on a commitment to integrity, fair prices, excellent customer service, and expert technical advice.
They faithfully served commercial facilities in the Pacific Northwest until 2012 when their daughter Katie Parris took the helm and expanded The Part Works' reach while maintaining the values and commitment to service passed down from her parents.
Forty years later, we have grown into a company that can meet the needs of even the largest commercial projects, while maintaining the level of care and service that made us successful in the first place.
