Where We Work:

We ship products nationwide from our warehouses in Seattle and Portland. With an extensive stocked inventory of over 9,000 items, we can fulfill orders promptly. Most customers in the Pacific Northwest can expect delivery the very next day.

Our Portland branch (pictured) features a beautifully designed 2,000-square-foot showroom that displays our most common 3,500 products. Our Seattle branch features a sales counter where customers can pick up orders and receive support from our technical specialists. Both branches have parking for service trucks and a training room.

Our technical sales team is always available for on-site services throughout the Pacific Northwest. Additionally, we can provide phone, email, text, live chat, and on-demand web support to customers throughout the United States, ensuring you always have the support you need.

A Legacy of Service:

Rick and Sandy Johnson started The Part Works in their garage in 1980, founded on a commitment to integrity, fair prices, excellent customer service, and expert technical advice.

They faithfully served commercial facilities in the Pacific Northwest until 2012 when their daughter Katie Parris took the helm and expanded The Part Works' reach while maintaining the values and commitment to service passed down from her parents.

Forty years later, we have grown into a company that can meet the needs of even the largest commercial projects, while maintaining the level of care and service that made us successful in the first place.
