Engineered for point-of-distribution applications, this electronic mixing valve automatically maintains consistent outlet water temperatures despite fluctuations in inlet temperature, pressure, or flow demand. The system incorporates a programmable controller with an LCD user interface, allowing operators to configure temperature settings, monitor system performance, and schedule thermal disinfection cycles. These automated disinfection programs help control Legionella bacteria by periodically elevating water temperatures and documenting cycle performance through integrated data logging and alarm functions. Featuring a low-pressure-drop ball valve control element and automatic self-cleaning functionality, the valve delivers reliable operation across both low and high flow conditions while helping reduce scale accumulation.
