About Our Team:
Our people are what set us apart. From our dedicated service experts to our technical sales team, every member of our team is driven by a deep desire to help and support our customers. With a combined 200 years of industry experience, and average tenure of 14 years, our team has seen and done it all.
A Legacy of Service:
Rick and Sandy Johnson started The Part Works in their garage in 1980, founded on a commitment to integrity, fair prices, excellent customer service, and expert technical advice.
They faithfully served commercial facilities in the Pacific Northwest until 2012 when their daughter Katie Parris took the helm and expanded The Part Works' reach while maintaining the values and commitment to service passed down from her parents.
Forty years later, we have grown into a company that can meet the needs of even the largest commercial projects, while maintaining the level of care and service that made us successful in the first place.
